Support
Something not working, a question, or something you need to tell us about? Write to support@easytalk.ai. It is the same address for everything: problems with the app, questions about credits, your data, or anything else.
If you are writing about a specific problem, you will save us a round trip by telling us your username, which phone it happens on, and what you expected to happen.
If you have been through something unsafe inside the app
Report it from the conversation itself. It is the fastest route and the only one that lets us see what happened:
- Open the conversation with that person.
- In the header menu, choose Report and give a reason.
- From that same menu you can also block them.
We review every report within a maximum of 24 hours.
Reporting is not the same as blocking, and you can do both:
- Reporting brings the case to us. To be able to review it we keep a copy of that person's most recent messages in that conversation, exactly as they were at that moment. An administrator can read that reported content, and only that.
- Blocking cuts off contact: the two of you can no longer write to each other and you disappear from each other's searches. You can undo it whenever you want from Settings → Blocked people.
The reported person is not notified about the report.
Depending on the seriousness and on repeat behaviour, we may remove the content, suspend that account temporarily or close it permanently.
The full detail is in the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
If you are in immediate danger, do not wait for us to review a report: contact the authorities in your country. We are not an emergency service and we cannot step in in real time.
Deleting your data
You can close your account from the app. If you would rather we did it, or you want to exercise any of your rights over your data, write to support@easytalk.ai: it is all explained in the Privacy Policy.
If you left your email on the waiting list on this website and you want us to delete it, just ask us at that same address.
